Woman Testifies in Court: Man Accused of Killing Girlfriend Forcing Her to Play Russian Roulette

Crystal Williamson is a prosecution witness in the case against the suspect killer Joseph Henry Duncil. As per the statement given, Duncil waved a .38 caliber pistol and invited other to his home to play Russian Roulette.

Duncil's girlfriend, 17-year-old Nicole "Nikki" Hirth, openly doubted whether the revolver was loaded, Williamson said in 37th District Court. "He showed three bullets, pointed it to her head, clicked the trigger and nothing happened," she said.

Murder During A Game of Russian Roulette

Twenty one year old Edgewood man has been charged by Crescent Spring police with murder, the first in the city in 18 years. Prosecutor Ken Easterling said that the murder was done in course of a game of Russian Roulette. News.kypost.com reports:

Tyler A. Manning was arraigned Monday in Kenton District Court in Covington on one count of first-degree murder. Police say Manning shot Gregory D. Faris, 21, of Villa Hills shortly after 2 a.m. Sunday at an apartment building at 2301 Anderson Road.
